Gecko House has 117 feet of dock space available for up to three boats-2 side by side in the cut infor as large as 27', and one at the long dock for the larger boats. We've had a 36'+ docked with no problem-. 4 1/2 draft at the dock, more along the channel. Dock has water, electricity, bait freezer and fish cleaning table. Also, two underwater lights that come on at dusk to bring the fish in for great night time fishing right off the dock.
