IF THERE IS ANY THREAT OF HURRICANE DURING YOUR RESERVED WEEK, ALL RENTAL MONIES WILL BE RETURNED, OR YOU CAN RE-BOOK AT A DIFFERENT DATE.

If there is substantial damage after a hurricane, and your vacation is booked at that time, your money will also be returned or you can re-book for a future date.

12.5% Florida Sales Tax added to the above rates.

Any cleaning  fees over $115.00 will be taken out of security.
